Enriqueta Apodaca - Female, 25. Height 5 feet 2 inches, weight 101 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Henrieta Apodaca, Katie Pena. Tattoo: three dots on the left middle finger. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted forgery, a Class 4 felony.

Emiliano Villalpando - Male, 37. Height 5 feet 11  inches, weight 230 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Emiliano Villalrando. It’s becoming more and more common, and it’s becoming more and more concerning. Known criminals are obliterating their fingerprints to make it impossible to identify them through normal law enforcement means.
Many of these criminals are illegal aliens, and they are traveling to the Dominican Republic to have the procedure performed. This is done by cutting and stitching the tops of fingers, as well as use of acid and other caustic materials which obliterate fingerprints.  Yet, while the Dominican Republic is most the most known location, a federal court recently sentenced an Arizona plastic surgeon for replacing fingerprints with skin from the sole of the feet on a man involved in a drug ring.
Why do this? Through their destruction of their old fingerprints, they are then able to obtain a new identification, obtained illegally. This new identification allows them to live in full view while remaining in the shadows.  Even more disturbing, it allows them to continue their prior criminal activities, and some of these activities included rape, theft and even murder.

This is an increasingly dangerous practice as it opens the door even wider for extremely dangerous criminals and terrorists to enter our borders.

Ricky Regaldo

February 2001 Ricky Regaldo, along with his boys Pat O’Hara and Robert Huereno planned to steal two cars, rob a bank and get away. Yet this plan was spotted by police who intercepted the perfect plan and had Regaldo in custody at the Colorado Department of Corrections facility

May 2007 Ricky Regaldo is released from a halfway house and pronounced a free man.

June 2007 - Ricky Regaldo is charged with murder of his niece’s boyfriend Shawn Rodriguez Jr. Rodriguez is found in his apartment, shot multiple times. Regaldo is on the run.

October 3, 2007 - Regaldo walks into the Vons Market in Redlands, California and enters a U.S. Banks branch inside. Surveillance catches his images as he takes an elderly woman and drags her up to the counter by force successfully robbing the bank.

October 23, 2007 - Regaldo and an accomplice Robert Stevens rob another bank in Beaumont, California. Police quickly respond and take pursuit after the fleeing vehicle containing Regaldo and Stevens. The chase led them along train tracks and it is here that Regaldo rolled out of the passenger door of the moving car and sprinted in front of the moving train. The train cars blocked the police from continuing pursuit and allowed Regaldo time to get away.

February 26, 2008 - Ricky Frank Regaldo is still at large.
